When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are generally processed and shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.
After shipping, please allow 10 to 22 business days for your item to arrive at your home.

👉 During peak periods, shipping may take up to 6 business days.
All packages are delivered directly to your home by postal services.


My Order Isn’t Complete

Because we work with multiple warehouses and suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages.
Please don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at once — the rest is on the way!

⏳ Our average delivery time is 10–22 business days, although some packages may take a little longer.
➡️ If you haven’t received your order after 35 business days, we’ll issue a full refund, and you may keep the item if it arrives later.

Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order?

We process orders very quickly, usually within 12 hours after purchase.

⏱️ You have 12 hours after placing your order to request a change or cancellation by emailing amineboussahoul@gmail.com.
After this period, your items will already be shipped, and we’ll no longer be able to modify your order.


The Item I Received Is Damaged Or Defective

Despite our partnership with trusted carriers, damage can occasionally occur during transport.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at amineboussahoul@gmail.com with the following information:

-Your order number

-A short description of the issue (wrong item, defective, etc.)

-A photo or video showing the problem

👉 You won’t need to return the item. We’ll issue a store credit or refund (depending on your preference).
